It is my honour and privilege to be invited into the vulnerable and the messy or the confused.
You have so much courage, you are capable and you can thrive.
Karisa believes in a collaborative and supportive approach. Together we untangle your thoughts, process any hurts and create a toolbox full of strategies for you to gain clarity and become unstuck.
You will be met in a compassionate and empathic way. Karisa is warm and down to earth but can see who you would like to become and empowers you towards this goal. You are not alone, I never want you to feel alone. If you share what is burdening you and there is care and acceptance then you can move forward and shame dies.
For "we repeat what we don't repair."
Don't waste another moment of your life, start living.
